Getting Started

You have access to our San Antonio, USA & London, UK VPN servers. We've chosen these two servers to help ensure you have reasonable latency if you travel.

We use highly trained homing pigeons to notify servers of your new account, as such it may take up to a minute for your access to be granted. Please be patient, they're flapping as hard as they can!

Account Limits

With your account there is a limit of 100GB of traffic per month. This limit applies to all the traffic that crosses the network on your behalf. Overage charges are billed at the end of your monthly billing period.

If you know you're going to need more bandwidth, either on a specific server or your account overall, just reply to this email and let us know what you need. With advance notice we can negotiate with our suppliers and may be able to offer you a better rate.

Traffic Usage

To help you keep track of your traffic usage, your account has two configurable notification thresholds (75% and 100% by default).

When your account breaks one of those thresholds, we will send an email notification to the users that have opted in. If your account breaks several thresholds in the same hour, we will combine them all into a single email. If you'd like to receive usage notification emails, you can opt in on your notifications settings page.
