What is "No Contact Delivery"?
No Contact Delivery lets customers request their orders to be left at their door, lobby, or another place where they are not available or simply want less direct contact.

How Do I Request "No Contact Delivery"?
On your delivery notes, request that your driver place your order at your door, lobby, or another place with less direct contact. Your driver will call you to confirm they have left the order at the place you requested.

Vroom Service Now cares about its customers and community. We live locally and have the same concerns you do about the COVID-19 pandemic. During the month of March, we will offer free delivery on all orders over $35 to our customers. CT & NY Governors Order Non-essential Companies to Close
Friday neighboring states ordered all non-essential companies to close by Monday, March 23rd. Vroom Service Now is considered essential since we deliver food to customers from restaurants and grocery stores. We will continue our operations as normal 7 days a week. We have also made the decision to allow all our dispatchers to work from home until further notice. We are currently configuring our phone systems to handle this change. Customers may still use coupon code "community" at checkout to get free delivery.
