Eric Shaban, MD, VITAS regional medical director for the Midwest and Northeastern US, is board certified in internal medicine, hospice and palliative medicine, and is a member of the American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine. Before joining VITAS in 2011, Dr. Shaban completed a fellowship in hospice and palliative medicine at the University of Rochester, New York, and his internal medicine residency at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center in New Jersey. He earned his medical degree from St. George's University in Grenada, West Indies, and his bachelor's degree from Boston University.

Nurses, Social Workers and Case Managers:
