Berghold Winery
Victorian winery owners, Joe and Kay Berghold, are collectors at heart. For nearly two decades, the couple purchased and stored antiques from the American Victorian period (1860 – 1900) with a goal in mind – to build an architecturally unique winery and tasting room representative of the era of the pieces in their collection. That dream is now a reality in Berghold Vineyards and Winery. The estate is an assemblage of three contiguous vineyards totaling 85 acres of Syrah, Viognier, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Zinfandel. The family has been selling winegrapes to a number of fine wineries, including some based in Napa and Sonoma counties.

Harney Lane Winery
Love. Laughter. Family. These are the three main ingredients they pour into every bottle of Harney Lane wine. Blended with delicious estate-grown fruit, they meticulously produce small lots of handcrafted wines that bring out the best flavors Lodi Wine Country has to offer.
In 1907, long before it was fashionable to go wine tasting, their ancestors planted their first vineyard just east of Lodi, along rural Harney Lane. In time the family home was built, which would bear witness to the lives of five generations of grape growers intent on perfecting their farming skills.
Still resounding from the rooftop of that original homestead is their family philosophy: Whatever you choose to do in life, do it to the best of your ability. For generations, that’s how they have treated farming, and now, that’s how they develop their wines.

Macchia Winery
In Italian, “Macchia” means “the spot”. In the Lodi area, Macchia Winery has been earning a reputation as a spot where discriminating vino buffs can find small lots of high-quality vintages -- at some very reasonable prices.
It is a tried-and-true strategy for making exceptional wines and is at the heart of Macchia's winemaking philosophy.
Well aware of the potential for quality that was long ignored by many winemakers outside the Lodi area; the Holdeners make a variety of different Zinfandels, each sporting its own distinctive qualities.
