Dear Andrew, Thank you for submitting your equipment request to the Passback program. We will work with our partner, Soccer.com, and all of our generous Passback collectors to fulfill as many requests as possible. However, this does not mean your request is guaranteed to be fulfilled. Upon receiving a donation, we ask that you take pictures of your organization utilizing the equipment and send them to passback@ussoccerfoundation.org. The individuals that donate to the Passback program do so because they believe in providing every child the opportunity to play "the Beautiful Game." By providing pictures of children using the equipment that you receive, you increase the likelihood that collectors will continue to make donations and/or spread the word about the need for others to help join the cause. In order to be best prepared to receive equipment through the Passback program, we want to provide you with additional details about the Passback distribution process. There are two ways that equipment is distributed to requesters. First, collectors can use our "Search" function on the Passback website to identify local requests in their area. Second, some collectors ship their equipment to the Passback warehouse, where the equipment is inventoried and sent out to requesters in large shipments. These shipments are typically sent twice a year, once in May and once in December. If your request is not fulfilled within the first shipment sent following the date of request, we will do our best to prioritize your request for any future shipment.
