Following are the terms and conditions for being�Authorized sub-dealer for single area.

1.�Rs, 2,50,000/-� as�security deposit�and Rs.50,000/- for�sales�and service kit�deposited to company�for each�Authorized�Dealer. Rs. 2,50,000/- �is refundable�while closing the business. Agreement will be done of both the parties.

2. 700-900 square Feet minimum show room, with one�sales�person and one service person

3. Minimum 24 bike purchase order for starting the�sales.�

4. For Servicing e-bikes spare kit need to be purchase of Rs.1,00,000/-

5. Payment is 100% advance basis. After 100% payment company will dispatch goods after 7-10 working days.

6. 14-15% per vehicle is margin and 15-20% commission on each Spare parts.

Warranty will be of 1 year in motor, Controller, Charger and Lead Acid Battery.

7. As a Dealer of Complete district Dealer has authority to make sub dealers in the given district.

8.Minimum 40 Vehicles and Spares Stock Should be maintained any time.
