The Costs

• It is free to join the TradeHelp Network and Buying Group with unlimited use of our TradeHelp app - our revenue comes from those partners who wish to advertise to our members through us. (Please be reassured though, we never share your data with third parties without your consent).
• Charges will only apply to installers wishing to offer interest bearing credit or completing more than six interest free jobs in the first six months of membership. Terms and conditions apply.

How do you join?

The TradeHelp app is the gateway to all our free benefits.  To join the network simply download the app and create an account, then follow the prompts to join the Buying Group and access cash back and special offers.  Once you have registered, a member of our team will call to discuss all the benefits and complete your set up.

The app is free to download and use and is available from the App Store and Google Play.

Ahead of the Christmas break we wanted to pass on our thanks for your continued support, and provide a few updates. 

Buying Group

Despite the challenges of 2020 it has been a fantastic year for the TradeHelp Network.  We have welcomed new merchant and manufacturer partners on board, and we now support over 10,000 installers across the UK with our free software and Buying Group savings. Look out for some great offers from these new partners, including some fantastic savings on Navien Boilers in January.  The new year will also bring the launch of a Buying Group section within the TradeHelp app.  Along with more special offers, you will also have greater visibility of your cash back savings and pending claims.

Software

The latest release of the TradeHelp app now includes additional toolbox features: multi appliance gas pipe sizing, cylinder commissioning, service/maintenance record and jobsheet, plus improvements to the quote and invoicing tools.  We are also looking forward to launching our desktop log in ‘TradeHelp Office’ in February which, like the app, will be free to use, allowing you to manage customers and appointments and download and print documents created in the app. Upgrade options will also be available with links to Quickbooks and Xero, personalised Service Plans with easy direct debit set up, remote survey options via video link and a leads tool for you to provide instant boiler quotes via your website.
