Join Jana's Journey
With nearly two months under my belt as Executive Director of Touchstone Energy, it is clear that my journey is just beginning. Every day I discover something new and delightful about the Cooperative Difference. Each month in this space, I will share a few quick highlights of my journey - plans we make to clarify the Touchstone Energy guiding vision or as we are calling it, our "North Star," ideas we generate to enhance the Touchstone Energy Value Proposition and anecdotes I gather from the amazing people I meet. I promise to keep it a quick read. Most importantly, I promise to be transparent and accessible to all Touchstone Energy members and to dial up the rock-solid service you are used to from your national Touchstone Energy team.
For this month, I will leave you with two key efforts we have underway:
- We are launching an initiative to track and report back annually on every members' engagement and utilization of Touchstone Energy programs and services to amplify the value you are receiving and also highlight opportunities to enhance your value.
- We are refining our member outreach efforts to streamline and strengthen communications, target specific audiences with relevant messages and make sure that each member hears from your national team every year.

Save the Date: The Next NEXT Is Going Virtual

Avoid Costly Financial and Legal Consequences
Touchstone Energy licenses creative talent and music for our video, print, social and radio. We review all our creative and occasionally retire campaigns; therefore, you may have some older campaigns in your possession. We ask that you check here for the most up-to-date creative content authorized for use. If you don't see it there, it means we are no longer licensing it, and we ask that you please discontinue the use of any unlicensed materials.
