Dear Technovation Judges, 

We''re excited to announce the 2020 Technovation Girls semifinalists today, but first, we want to take a minute to thank our judges for giving their time and energy to supporting young changemakers from around the world.  

It has been a challenging year for everyone, and we hope that in joining us you were able to virtually travel the world and feel inspired by the dedication of young women to make a positive impact on our communities. Your support gives girls and teams around the world much needed positive feedback and inspiration to continue on their journey to change the world. 

Feeling inspired and ready to judge the semifinalists? Log in to your dashboard today and you can start judging! We have over 200 teams that have made the semifinals and need your help in choosing our Finalists. Semifinal judging opens today, June 15th and runs until June 26th.

Dear Technovation Judges, 

You''re all invited to our (virtual) World Summit! 

We''re so excited to host World Summit virtually this year, because it means we get to invite EVERYONE to attend the final celebration of the Technovation season. This year, we''re focusing on resilience and celebrating everyone''s hard work and perseverance. 

Send a celebration selfie video!  

Before the season started, you told us what you were looking forward to in a quick selfie video. Now that judging is over let''s celebrate their hard work with a message from the judges!

Your video will show our student participants who our judge community is, and give them an added boost of confidence after receiving their scores! 

To participate, record yourself responding to the prompts below. Please send in your video(s) by July 20, 2020 to volunteer@technovation.org. 

Prompts / Questions:

• Smile, wave, and introduce yourself and where you're from! For example, "Hi, My name is Grace, and I'm a Technovation judge from Uganda!"

• What do you want to say to the Technovation teams? Now's your chance to share what about their ideas, apps and problem solving spirit impressed and inspired you! 

• This year the theme of World Summit is "Resilient". What did you see that made you feel these students and the Technovation community are resilient?

Judging closes on June 8th 

The last week of judging is upon us and we need all hands on deck! We want to ensure that every Technovation Girls team receives at least 3 scores, and we are 70% of the way there. Thank you for getting us this far!

We still have a little way to go and every score helps.  If you have time to judge this week, Technovation teams could really use your continued support. Log on to your dashboard to give a few more scores with meaningful feedback!

We are in the final stretch of Quarterfinals for Technovation Girls with judging closing at 8:00pm PST on Monday, June 8th, This first round of judging will determine what teams advance to the Semifinals!

We have almost reached our goals of getting every team 3 scores with thoughtful feedback. Thank you for getting us this far. We just need one final push to end judging on a high note!
