TCDLA is working within the parameters of the current restrictions put in place as a result of COVID-19 and trying to give you the same Rusty experience from years past.

• There will be a virtual silent auction.

• All breakout tracks at this year’s Rusty Duncan will be available to all attendees.
• There will be virtual question-and-answer sessions with this year’s speakers.
• Electronic materials will be emailed to you in a Dropbox link.
• You have the option of watching Rusty Duncan later on for CLE credit. To order this option, select “Watch later online w/ CLE credit” on the Rusty Duncan registration form and choose between a USB or DVD.
• You can add the Rusty Duncan seminar book for $100.
• You can purchase a DVD or USB video version of the Rusty Duncan Advanced Criminal Law Course.
• One of our guest speakers this year is Yale Law School’s Justin Driver, professor of law. His presentation on Saturday, June 20, is titled “Are Our Public Schools Becoming Constitution-Free Zones?” His book, The Schoolhouse Gate: Public Education, the Supreme Court, and the Battle for the American Mind, will be available to purchase from TCDLA for $20.
