Dear Friends,
Beginning Monday, August 24, Sushi Yasuda will be open for outdoor dining. We have limited seating available, so please reserve in advance via RESY. Weather permitting, our hours for outdoor dining are Monday through Saturday, 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. - last order must be placed by 9:15 p.m. Should we need to close due to inclement weather, we will call you directly.
We will continue to offer take-out and delivery of our full menu, including omakase (as well as beer, sake and wine). Delivery is provided by our in-house staff. As of Monday, August 24, take-out and delivery will be available from 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m., Monday through Friday; and from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturday. Also, outdoor seating will be available for take-out (no service provided) Monday through Friday, from noon to 2:15 p.m., weather permitting. We are closed on Sundays and all national holidays. For take-out and delivery orders, please visit us at sushiyasuda.com.
Following Japanese tradition, Sushi Yasuda's traditional market-price omakase is not a prix fixe meal. If you order our traditional omakase, you will be presented with a sequence of sushi-and sashimi, if you wish-tailored to your tastes and the sushi chef's sense of an ideal meal based on the many varieties of fish and other ingredients at hand. Accordingly, please tell your server about your sushi preferences and appetite. The cost of Sushi Yasuda's omakase is determined by these variables and cannot be set in advance. Typically, the cost can range from about $150 to $250 or more per person, not including drinks or other dishes.
Our food is prepared following extreme hygiene protocols and safety practices. Our staff members wear masks at all times and maintain social distancing. We politely ask that you do the same when dining with us outdoors (when possible).
Also, starting Monday, to further support our service staff, gratuities will be accepted.
We look forward to seeing you soon. Stay safe.
Sincerely,
Sushi Yasuda
