Yesterday I promised you I would be back bearing gifts, so here I am! :-D

But before I do, I wanted to share something a little personal with you.

This will provide you with more of an idea about why I do what I do and why Streamline For Success exists�

I grew up in Mackay, a regional town in Queensland, Australia.

Growing up wasn�t always easy�

My Dad was a self-employed builder and Mum was a stay at home Mum with my two sisters and I.

We didn�t have a lot of money but my parents did the best that they could.

Dad used to work 6, sometimes 7 days a week being the sole income provider for our family.

As a young kid, I didn�t understand why he couldn�t just be home spending time and playing with me! :)

I grew up and then clearly realised the reality of the situation!

But I was always left wondering, why� ?

� why, despite all the advancements in the way in which work is conducted these days and technology�..

Why, as a society are we working more, not less?!?!

So fast forward a move to Brisbane, two degrees and a 10-year career in HR for large corporations helping them optimise their processes, systems and reporting� It was clear that I had drifted away from my purpose.

Don�t get me wrong, I LOVED what I did, but I wasn�t seeing the tangible results of how I was impacting families, which I sort out to do early on.

So, I had a quarter-life crisis (or whatever you want to call it)!

I knew it was time to leave the corporate world behind.

In 2014 after running businesses on the side whilst working in HR, it was now the right moment to focus 100% on combining what I loved doing with my purpose of helping more families have balance in their lives.

That�s when Streamline For Success was born!

I�m truly grateful that I get to work with amazing business owners, most have kids and all are up to BIG things.

They want and need to make it easier to run their small business, so they can focus on the stuff that really matters.

I'm honoured that I can make even just the slightest of contributions to help make that happen.

� I hope that gives you some context as to why I do what I do :)

How are you?

Gosh, it's been an intense time with the COVID-19 world we now live in.

I hope that you're healthy and doing ok Jayden?

For me, days have felt like weeks and the last month feels like at least half a year already!

Not sure if you've had this experience too?

Having spoken to a number of small business owners over the last few weeks, it's clear that some are really struggling, others are thriving and many are in between.

I recognize it's been and is still a stressful time for many.

I have been feeling it as well and got caught up in the news too much that I became a bit overwhelmed and unproductive.

So, I've decided enough is enough!

It's time to accept this temporary new world we live in and get back to helping people!

Yes, I'm keeping up to date with the major announcements and following the instructions from the authorities, but the time is NOW to step up.

So, wanted to let you know two things.

Firstly, yes, we are still OPEN!

We work primarily from home anyway, so we're now 100% based at home, so it's pretty much business as normal for us :)

We are following the officials instructions and doing everything we can to minimize the risk and be safe.

Secondly, we are here for you.

We have loads of resources, tips, strategies and information that have already been assisting our clients during this time, that we want to extend further to you Jayden.
