Need help getting started?
We noticed you haven't logged any runs yet. Smashrun helps you understand your running by visualizing your data. We do this by creating interactive dashboards of your entire training history.
The first step is to add your runs.
Sync your history from devices like Garmin, TomTom, Fitbit, Polar, and Suunto.
Bulk import your GPX, TCX, FIT, and/or ZIP files.
And, if you're using an app, you can auto-import runs via email.
If you prefer to keep your stats in sync across different apps, you can use RunGap, FitnessSyncer, or Tapiriik to do so.

Beyond Smashrun 101
Did you know that tagging a run as "race" gives you the official tag on your PR's? Or, that you can hide runs before a certain date in your settings so that you're not stuck with gaps in your training history? Here''s a couple of Smashrun''s hidden features that will help you get more use from the site!
Post-run Analysis
The more runs you log, the more Smashrun learns about your training so you might discover things like "your average HR is 12% lower when temperature is below freezing" or "you run 15% faster when you start your run before 8am."
Three ways to share your runs
You don''t always want to share a map and, sometimes, there are more important details than your pace, so we've made it easy to share runs that have different data sets. Whether you have GPS, footpod-only data, or it's a manual entry, you can still share your run in a meaningful way.
Notables
Notables highlight what''s exceptional about each run. They include fastest segments, most negative splits, lowest average HR ever, most elevation gained in 3 months, and lots more. Small wins count!
Highlight any segment of your run
The interactive pace chart lets you drill down into your pacing for any run. Use it to compare each 10km split of a marathon or the pace of each effort and recovery HR over a set of intervals. You can even use it to figure out how fast you could've run a race based on any specific segment of your run.
Weekly Stats
Easily review your training volume per week using the calendar heat map on the Overview page and under the Trailing 7-day graph. You can even filter your weekly stats greater than a certain distance.
Annotate Run Maps
Ran a new route? A challenging trail? You can annotate your route maps with various icons and leave descriptions for future reference. It''s especially useful when you need to leave notes for yourself after running a race.
Need more stats to motivate your running?
You should check out Smashrun Pro! You can use Pro to stay on track with your goals, view your pace trends, and understand how much time you spend training at different intensities.
