In the meantime of your reply, I have quoted below both requested resorts located in Mabul Island based on the current rates to assist you in choosing your ideal resort.

1)� Mabul Water Bungalows

Mabul Water Bungalows is the luxury over-the-water resort located on Mabul island and a short boat ride from Sipadan.

There are three types of chalet which are 15 standard Water Bungalows, one exclusive Borneo Villa Suite and one exclusive Bougainvilla Suite.

We are pleased to offer you our best rates valid until 31st March 2020 below:

Group Policy: 1 complimentary extended for Tour Leader on accommodation (twin/double/triple sharing basis), meals, transfers and diving (for diver) for every 10 paying guests arriving and departing on the same dates.

* Water Bungalows
The rate for a diver�s package (9D/8N) is MYR 10, 950 per person based on twin/double/triple sharing water bungalow.
The rate for a non-diver�s package (9D/8N) is MYR 7, 710 per person based on twin/double/triple sharing water bungalow.

* Borneo Villa Suite
The rate for a diver�s package (9D/8N) is MYR 14, 790 per person based on twin/double/triple sharing Borneo Villa Suite.
The rate for a non-diver�s package (9D/8N) is MYR 9, 850 per person based on twin/double/triple sharing Borneo Villa Suite.

* Bougainvilla Suite
The rate for a diver�s package (9D/8N) is MYR 16, 860 per person based on twin/double/triple sharing Bougainvilla Suite.
The rate for a non-diver�s package (9D/8N) is MYR 11, 890 per person based on twin/double/triple sharing Bougainvilla Suite.

* Royale Villa Suite
The Royale Villa Suite has 2 bedrooms and is suitable for a minimum of 4 adult guests.

The rate for a diver�s package (9D/8N) is MYR 16, 860 per person based on twin/double/triple sharing Royale Villa Suite.
The rate for a non-diver�s package (9D/8N) is MYR 11, 890 per person based on twin/double/triple sharing Royale Villa Suite.

Note: The resort also features land-based beach chalets on Mabul island. Please let me know if you are interested.

Cost included in the package:
a) Airport meeting service, return land/boat transfer within the resort's standard transfer schedule (Tawau airport/hotel - Semporna jetty - Mabul Water Bungalows).
b) Full board meals, free flow of coffee/tea and light snacks.
c) Bungalow type twin / double sharing (minimum 2 pax) accommodation with air-conditioning, hot water shower and attached bathroom.
d) 3 daily boat dives with experience divemaster, unlimited shore buddy dives without divemaster at the resort's house reef, tanks, weights and weightbelt (applicable for diver's package only).
e) 3 daily boat snorkeling with experience guide and unlimited snorkeling at the resort's house reef (applicable for non-diver's package only).

* Diver/non-diver package is a combination of 3 boat dives/snorkeling between Mabul island, Kapalai or nearby island (except on your arrival and departure days).

Cost excluded in the package:
a) Alcoholic, fruit juices and carbonated soft drinks.
b) Diving equipment.
c) Snorkeling equipment.
d) Sipadan permit fee (subject to availability and approval).

Remark:
The resort can only guarantee one day diving (3 boat dives) in Sipadan for those who take a minimum of 6D/5N diving package.

The Sipadan permit will not be guaranteed for divers who stay less than 5 nights.

For non-divers, the Sipadan permit will also not be guaranteed regardless to their length of stay.

If you wish to dive/snorkel at Sipadan, it will depend on the availability of the permits from the resort.

If the permits are available, the guests can opt to buy the permits.

The indicative price is MYR 551.20 per person per permit (also applicable for divers who are eligible with 1 day Sipadan diving guaranteed but wish to have additional Sipadan permit).

Priority is usually given to the guests who sign the Entry Permits Purchase Order form in advance.

So please let us know if you wish to buy the permit to Sipadan so we can send you the form. However, please note that even after the form is signed, the Sipadan permits are still not guaranteed.


2) Sipadan Water Village

Sipadan Water Village is the luxury over-the-water resort located on Mabul Island and a short boat ride from Sipadan and Kapalai.

Currently we only have the rates valid until 31st December 2019.

We are pleased to offer you our best rates valid until 31st December 2019 below:

Group policy: 1 complimentary extended for Tour Leader on accommodation (twin/double/triple sharing basis), meals, transfers and diving (for diver) for every 10 paying guests arriving and departing on the same dates. Logistic charges apply for every complimentary person which is MYR 370 per person for Domestic market or USD 100 per person for International markets.

* Junior Cottage is only equipped with twin beds.
The rate for a diver�s package (9D/8N) is� MYR 14, 420 per person based on twin/double sharing junior cottage.
The rate for a non-diver�s package (9D/8N) is� MYR 9, 540 per person based on twin/double sharing junior cottage.

* Standard Cottage is equipped with either twin or double beds.
(For any double bed request, if there are none available, two (2) twin beds will be combined into one (1) double bed.
The rate for a diver�s package (9D/8N) is� MYR 15, 100 per person based on twin/double/triple sharing standard cottage.
The rate for a non-diver�s package (9D/8N) is� MYR 10, 230 per person based on twin/double/triple sharing standard cottage.

* Deluxe Cottage is equipped with a King size bed.
The rate for a diver�s package (9D/8N) is� MYR 15, 770 per person based on twin/double/triple sharing deluxe cottage.
The rate for a non-diver�s package (9D/8N) is� MYR 10, 700 per person based on twin/double/triple sharing deluxe cottage.

* Grand Deluxe Cottage is equipped with two queen size bed.
The rate for a diver�s package (9D/8N) is MYR 16, 810 per person based on twin/double/triple/quad sharing grand deluxe cottage.
The rate for a non-diver�s package (9D/8N) is MYR 11, 730 per person based on twin/double/triple/quad sharing grand deluxe cottage.

** Please be advised that for the Standard Cottage, it is categorized into Semi-Detached and Detached cottage.
** Surcharge for air-conditioned room is MYR 32 per person per night in addition to the rates quoted above. This must be booked in advance as it is subjected to availability.

Cost included in the package:
a) Airport meeting service, return land/boat transfer within the resort's standard transfer schedule (Tawau airport/hotel - Semporna jetty - Sipadan Water Village).
b) Full board meals and free flow of coffee/tea.

For those who stay less than 5 nights, if you want to go to Sipadan, it will depend on availability of permits. Note that your chances are high for a minimum stay of 4 nights.
