Once you''ve sent us your first event, you can take full advantage of the three step Sentry workflow:

Alert

You're alerted to issues based on pre-defined alert rules that you fully control and can customize.

Triage

See the full stack trace or call stack. Learn the specificity of the issue's impact: how many users encountered it, which browsers or servers is it affecting, what environment did it happen in, which release was it part of, what was the app''s state when the error was thrown?

Resolve

Sync the problem to an issue tracker (like Jira), automatically create an issue in your source code management software (like GitHub), or use any number of our other integrations to ensure the issue is prioritized as part of your usual workflow.

We shipped our PHP/Laravel SDK with support for Performance Monitoring (Tracing). Supports instrumenting incoming requests, database queries, template render times, outgoing requests.
Issue Alert Filtering

Manage alert fatigue with our new set of filters. Now, you can filter issue alerts based on how old the issue is, how many times it has happened overall, who it is assigned to, and whether it's in the latest release.
New: Microsoft Teams Integration

You upvoted, we listened. Our new Microsoft Teams Integration lets you send alert rule messages to channels and users for both metric and issue alerts. Interact with messages to resolve, assign, or ignore the issue.

Since we announced Performance Monitoring , that makes Sentry twice as exciting. Now you can trace those irritating glacial page loads directly to poor-performing API calls and slow database queries. On Sept. 18, 2020 you’ll wake up a new developer — with 5k errors, 10k transactions (for Performance), and 1GB for storage in your Developer Account.

Just a heads up: your existing and enabled integrations will continue to work as expected, but you won’t be able to configure any new ones. If that sounds like a drag, you can unlock more integrations and larger event volumes by trying out our Team or Business Plan (it’s free for 14 days, if that piques your interest).

Give it a shot. Who knows, you might like it. And if you do, you can permanently add it to your plan for less than the monthly cost of five oat milk matcha lattes.
