12-month part-time evening certificate program.
As part of the program, you’ll complete a supervised academic internship at a local brewery or brewing-related site.
During your internship, you’ll apply the biological process of fermentation in brewing and evaluate finances and marketing strategies of a small craft brewer.
You’ll engage in hands-on/experiential learning in science based courses (Biology and Chemistry of Brewing) in which you’ll conduct lab experiments/demonstrations in analyzing both the microbial basis of brewing and the chemistry of brewing.
In the two non-science based courses (Business of Brewing and Brewing Practicum) you’ll engage directly with breweries and community organizations dedicated to craft brewing and thus become more involved in the growing industry that is so important in the local community.
The application process opens in mid-January each year, and classes begin in August. Enrollment is limited to only 24 students. For priority admission consideration, apply between mid-January and March for the upcoming August class.

The craft brew industry is growing, and there’s no better place to earn your Certificate in Applied Craft Brewing than Colorado.
Sip on these facts…
The beer industry is a 52 billion dollar a year industry – and growing.
Breweries want to hire individuals who have a background in the science, business, and practical applications of brewing.
Colorado has made a name for itself as a brewing destination. People from all over the country come here to sip and taste.
100 percent of graduates seeking employment in the industry have found jobs at breweries or tap houses.
Regis University faculty have local brew partnerships to help with internship placement.

Yes, the holiday season is here.
Dear Dylan,
From turkey to tenacity.
Yes, the holiday season is here. And though you may be mentally preparing yourself to have small talk with several third cousins and that weird aunt who looks you right in the eyes as you try her terrible cranberry sauce – don’t lose sight of your ultimate goal:
A degree from Regis University.
Perhaps it’s the final step in earning a promotion or maybe a shift in career paths. Whatever your reason, applying now for January classes will position you to live your purpose and leave a positive impact.
So as your gravy boat sets sail on a sea of green beans and stuffing, try to remember how great it will feel to, one day, sit at the family table as a Regis graduate. You’ll love it.
Almost as much as your dad loves those gizzards.

The glass clinking, the dancing, the reminiscing, and more importantly, the waxing optimistically about your plans for 2020.
Dear Dylan,
If you’ve spent the last days attempting to remove glitter from your carpet, when you know for a fact you never put on glitter to begin with – you’re probably recovering from an eventful New Year’s Eve fête.
The glass clinking, the dancing, the reminiscing, and more importantly, the waxing optimistically about your plans for 2020.
So if we may, let us be your piping hot (and steadying) cup of digital coffee and make one suggestion: Instead of letting this month be a fresh start to sameness, how about a transformation? A declaration to yourself that – though you know change requires taking action, whether it’s to finish your degree or launch into grad school – you’re ready. At Regis University, our passion is to educate people to make a positive impact as they live purposefully. And there’s no time like the present to get started.
Especially after last weekend.
Click here to complete your application or dial 303.458.4300 to speak with an admissions counselor. Online and evening classes are available for most of our programs. And classes start January 13, so maybe wash your face.

12-month part-time evening certificate program.
As part of the program, you'll complete a supervised academic internship at a local brewery or brewing-related site.
During your internship, you'll apply the biological process of fermentation in brewing and evaluate finances and marketing strategies of a small craft brewer.
You'll engage in hands-on/experiential learning in science based courses (Biology and Chemistry of Brewing) in which you'll conduct lab experiments/demonstrations in analyzing both the microbial basis of brewing and the chemistry of brewing.
In the two non-science based courses (Business of Brewing and Brewing Practicum) you'll engage directly with breweries and community organizations dedicated to craft brewing and thus become more involved in the growing industry that is so important in the local community.

Nothing says “home” like flannel and foam
The craft brew industry is growing, and there's no better place to earn your Certificate in Applied Craft Brewing than Colorado.
Sip on these facts.
The beer industry is a 52 billion dollar a year industry - and growing.
What better place to craft your own cold brew than Colorado, home to countless craft breweries and true brewing destinations. Regis University's brewing certificate is high in demand. The application opens in mid-January each year, and classes begin once a year in August. Only 24 students are accepted and the class fills up, so it is recommended you apply between mid-January and March for priority admission consideration.
