If you have an upcoming event, we understand you are in a hard spot. You might feel like you can’t promote your event in case it doesn’t happen -- and many attendees seem unwilling to outlay money with events being so uncertain. We have a solution for you!

Now you can promote your future event, but instead of taking full payments upfront and risking having to refund them, attendees can save their spot by putting a card on file (don’t worry, we verify the card is valid and then save the order). When your event does proceed, you can mass charge all the attendees at once to complete their orders.

We’d love to show it to you in action this Thursday. 

Timeslot Ticketing 

As the nation begins to open back up, we’re seeing numerous cities adopt a phased approach to gatherings that will allow businesses to reopen but with restricted attendee limits.

This poses a great opportunity for event organizers to imagine their event experiences with multiple timeslots — each timeslot with an allotted limit on concurrent attendees. So instead of having all of your attendees gather at once, you can spread your event over multiple timeslots or days. It could be a short term option to start bringing your events back to life now.

Enhanced Virtual Events Platform

We’ve been working our rears off to bring you virtual event functionality.

We’re excited about it, and we’re not done yet!  We are now seeing over 10,000 attendees each week sign up for virtual events. While not every event can go virtual, many can. Need to transition your in-person event to a virtual one? We have you covered.

We will give you the quick overview of what is new in our virtual events program... yep, you guessed it: this Thursday. 

In Development: New Embedded Video Communication

Every day, we hear people asking how to embed their zoom meeting in a way that it is restricted to virtual attendees only.

Zoom is a great platform and has become the ubiquitous video meeting solution, but it has its flaws. Because Zoom requires you to launch an external platform,  they don’t allow you to reliably restrict your Zoom meetings to only your event attendees.

We’re working on a new Zoom-like video feature that is embedded directly into your virtual event page!  Now your video conferencing content will be only available to registered attendees. This feature could be a game-changer for anyone doing breakout sessions, workshops, panels, or other medium-sized groups.

**Apply for the Paycheck Protection Program if your business or non-profit has been impacted by the coronavirus pandemic​.**

Why are we up in arms about this?

Because if you are eligible, you can get a forgivable* government loan for 2.5x of your monthly payroll. If you use that money on payroll, rent, utilities for your business for the next 8 weeks, the loan can be forgiven*. (We built you a calculator to estimate how much you may qualify for here).
