What we need:

One proof of photo identification. Acceptable forms include:

• Driver's Licence;
• National Identity Card;
• Passport.

AND

One proof of current residential address. Acceptable forms include:

• Bank Statement;
• Current Tenancy Agreement;
• Utility Bill;
• Internet Bill;
• Letter of Employment;
• Credit Card Statement;
• Letter from a Government Body.

*** Please note - Documents must be issued within the last 3 months and addressed to yourself. Proof of address documents must be your registered address, we cannot accept PO Box or Locked Bag addresses. Electronic bank statements and utility bills may be accepted, however the document must be the official downloaded statement and show the provider's letterhead. We cannot accept mobile phone bills or insurance documents. ***
