NISP has published a new version of Best Practice for the XS2A Interface Implementation.

Pleae note that the last published Version on this page was version 1.6 (March 2020). Therefore also the versions 1.7 and 1.8 are added to the download area of previous versions.

Changes in Version 1.9.:

• Added a new Section 2.7.6 about cancellations of future dated payments and standing orders via the ASPSP.
• Added a best practice on time out of confirmation codes in Section 3.2.1.
• Added a remark in Section 3.5.7 that if the /./transactions endpoint is addressed several times with different values for the bookingStatus as query parameter then this is counted as one access. This enables the TPP to retrieve e.g. the booked transactions as well as standing orders (information transactions) under the same one off PSU consent.

Changes in Version 1.8.:

• Added a new Section 5 for documentation best practices.

Changes in Version 1.6.:

Document is extended by additional best practice definitions and clarifications resulting from [EBA-OP2] as follows:

• Remark added on potential impact of using the OAuth Pre-Step at the end of Section 2.5.
• Remark added on potential registration requirements for TPP apps when using app-to-app redirection with deep linking at the end of Section 3.2.2.
• The best practice in Section 3.4.5 how to inform the TPP about the account owner name has been extended by a best practice how to inform the TPP about the debtor account used for a payment in a scenario where this is not provided by the TPP.
• A new Section 3.5.9 has been added on best practices on consent management in case where the PSU is cancelling the AIS access via the ASPSP.
