If you have paid by credit card, do nothing. Your credit card will be debited for the amount due. If you need to make a change in your billing method, call the office when you receive your e-mail notice, or go online to https://support.netonecom.net/billing. If you are paying for your service by check, you will receive an invoice via the US Postal Service approximately 7-10 days before your account due date as a reminder. Remember to include a copy of the invoice with your check and write your username or account number on the memo line of the check. Please allow 7 to 10 days for the check to reach our office.?
