We worked with more than 100 wineries to bring you a very special OPEN THE CELLAR offering of next vintage Cabernet Sauvignon. This is a rare opportunity to have first access to Cabernet Sauvignon directly from the wineries of Napa Valley that you might not have heard about, or had the opportunity to purchase in the past - all in one spot on the same day.

As a fun way to preview some of the wine available next week, we invited sommelier Amanda McCrossin to host a "Vintage Perspective" on our Instagram channel.

This Thursday, she goes live with 3 winemakers to discuss the different vintages of Cabernet Sauvignon being released:

• Philip Corallo-Titus, winemaker at Chappellet Vineyard, will discuss the newly released 2018 vintage
• Jennifer Williams, winemaker at Arrow & Branch, will discuss the nuanced 2017 vintage
• Jeff Cole, winemaker at Sullivan Rutherford Estate, will discuss the epic 2016 vintage

Auction Napa Valley Reaches a New Milestone
Throughout the month of July, Napa Valley Vintners will celebrate its $200 million milestone in charitable giving to the community. NVV will spotlight the generosity of its winery members, bidders from all over the world, strategic business partners and dedicated volunteers who, since 1981, have all played a key role in reaching this milestone. Auction contributions have served more than 100,000 Napa County residents for services to be healthier, improve academic success and strengthen families. Be sure to read our good news and stories of impact.
 

An update on Napa Valley Tasting Rooms
While things are changing quickly out there, the most recent change is starting July 9, the wineries of Napa Valley will be open only for tastings that take place outdoors. This decision was made to protect both our guests and our staff. But, honestly, with this fantastic weather we are having, who wants to be inside anyway? As usual, please plan ahead and wear a mask!
