Operational Update
The Premier of Ontario announced a province wide shutdown that will impact our entire resort's operations. These strict new measures will see all non-essential businesses close for 4 weeks as of 12:01am December 26th. Please visit the www.ontario.ca for detailed information.
Barring any further extension to this shutdown, it is hopeful that MSLM will re-open on Saturday January 23rd 9am to 9pm.
Podium Pass Memberships:
As a result of this shutdown occurring so early in the 2020/21 season, MSLM has opted to adapt our COVID19 Assurance Policy to benefit all members.
You may choose to refund 100% of your Podium Pass. All refund requests should be made by email to mslm@mslm.on.ca by January 1st, 2021 with a copy of your receipt and clear request. All refunds may take up to 28 days to process.
8 Week Programs:
You may choose to refund 100% of your 8-week program. All refund requests should be made by email to mslm@mslm.on.ca by January 1st 2020 with a copy of your receipt and clear request. All refunds may take up to 28 days to process.
You may choose to remain enrolled and the dates will be 8 weeks beginning January 23rd 2021 to March 16th 2021
Louis Xpress Card Lift Tickets:
Any 12:30pm to 9pm lift tickets that were purchased for December 23rd will be honoured from 9am to 4:30pm.
Any Night lift tickets purchased for December 23rd will be honoured for another visit during night access once the ski resort re-opens. This same policy will be applied to any lift ticket purchased for Dec 26th, 27th and 28th. They will be honoured during their respective access for another visit once the ski resort re-opens.
