Inspired by our fascination with the Grand Prismatic Spring, this rich new color is available now.
These past two weeks, we've been leaning into our mission of empowering people for a better future. While addressing the need for immediate action, we also understand that change will only come if we make an enduring commitment to actively fight racism.?
Going forward, we are taking these actions:
(1) We will use our space to better amplify Black voices and anti-racism?resources.
(2) We will fund?- on an ongoing basis?-?organizations helping dismantle white supremacy.
(3) We will address our internal structural racism on multiple fronts, including bias training, hiring practices, and employee dialogue groups.?
Our commitment to you is to be transparent throughout this journey as we learn and define more. And our biggest encouragement is to?fill your social media feeds, movie and TV queues, bookshelves, and conversations?with more Black voices.?
We are compiling resources on ourwebsite, including Black educators to learn from, anti-racism organizations to support, and books,?articles, and podcasts to consider.?We recognize that this is nowhere near comprehensive; do more research, and continue to push your comfort zones. We're doing the same.?
