Malarkey Roofing Products^� Installs New Executive Leadership

PORTLAND, Oregon - Malarkey Roofing Products^�, the leader in sustainable, performance roofing shingles, is pleased to announce the promotion of Gregory B. Malarkey to President, and installation of Dale Rushing as Chief Operating Officer.

�The product innovations Malarkey Roofing Products has introduced to the market in the last year have exceeded our expectations in terms of performance, sustainability and value to our customers,� said Gregory B. Malarkey. �I am proud to assume this position within the company that my grandfather started in 1956, and humbled to lead an organization staffed with enthusiastic, dedicated, and talented individuals. Dale�s appointment as Chief Operating Officer is a testament to those traits, and I look forward to working alongside him as we continue to pioneer advancements in the roofing industry,� he added.

Gregory B. Malarkey most recently served as Senior Vice President at the company, where he led several key industry innovations such as The Zone^�nailing area, Highlander^� NEX^� & Vista^� polymer modified asphalt shingles and most recently, the industry�s first smog-reducing shingle. An industry veteran, Gregory also held leadership roles within the Asphalt Roofing Manufacturers Association where he served as Chairman, as well as with the Asphalt Roofing Environmental Council and Asphalt Institute. He is the only two-time winner of the Outstanding Service Award from Western States Roofing Contractors Association.

Dale Rushing comes to Malarkey with over 20 years� experience in roofing products. Most recently, he has served in leadership roles overseeing operations, finance and administration for a building materials manufacturer. He is a graduate of Mississippi State University.

ORDER SUSPENSION UPDATE

Due to increased demands for all Malarkey products and current capacity conditions, we are issuing the update below regarding product availability.

Effective August 11, 2020, Malarkey Roofing Products is announcing the suspension for new orders for the following products through December 31, 2020:

- All Dura-Seal 3-tab products. There is no planned production for DuraSeal 3-tab for the remainder of the year. Orders in the system are limited to stock on hand.

- Southgate, CA production of Vista products (all colors) and Ecoasis NEX (colors: Burlwood, Cedar Cask and Sandy Shale only). Orders dated prior to August 11, 2020 will be honored to the best of our ability.

- Portland, OR and Oklahoma City, OK production of Highlander NEX (Colors: Sienna Blend, Silverwood and Antique Brown only.)

Orders dated prior to August 11, 2020 will be honored to the best of our ability.

All Malarkey Plants are running at full capacity levels to best serve all other products. We apologize for the inconvenience this causes and thank you for your understanding. Our sales team and customer service group will help review your current orders.

This increase will be effective on:

Monday August 24, 2020 for all United States Customers.
Monday August 17, 2020 for all Canadian Customers.

Our field representatives and regional management will be working with you prior to the increase for pricing adjustments for your territory. Orders shipped on or after the effective date will be invoiced at the new price regardless of order date.
