This year’s sale will utilize Ticketmaster’s Smart Queue online waiting room to improve your shopping experience. At the time of the online sale, all guests in the sale’s online Waiting Room will be assigned a place in a virtual line. Anyone joining after the start of the sale will be added to the end of this line. When it is your turn to shop, you will be prompted to enter an Offer Code that you will receive in an email the day before the sale.

On Wednesday, November 13th, you will receive an e-mail providing you with specific website and Offer Code information to access the online ticket pre-sale.
During this pre-sale window, you will be invited to purchase 2020 Kentucky Derby and Kentucky Oaks reserved seats before seating is made available to the general public. We recommend setting up your Ticketmaster account & current billing information prior to the start of the sale.
All 2020 Kentucky Derby and Kentucky Oaks reserved and dining two-day package ticket orders will include offsite parking passes with shuttle service from the Kentucky Fair and Exposition Center.
All seats will be sold as a two-day package, and you may purchase a maximum of six seats per household. Please be advised that sales are monitored very closely, and customers who violate any purchase restrictions will have their purchases cancelled and refunded.
This pre-sale opportunity is available only to our pre-registered customers. No sales will be processed in person or in response to letters, e-mail or telephone calls submitted to Churchill Downs. Seating offered for the pre-sale will be available online only while supplies last.
All sales during this process are subject to the terms and conditions of Churchill Downs’ ticketing and admissions policy. Prior to purchasing your tickets, you will be required to read and agree to this policy.
