There were two questions which I couldn''t field during the webinar, so I''m just going to follow up on those below.
Florian: There doesn''t seem to be the ability to target based on ''Current Url'' when messaging Users (There is for Visitors)?
I just double checked this and the functionality does seem to be there for users and visitors now But please reach out to our support team if the issue persists!
Nick: Can we configure roles and permissions for team members to match certain rules? ie. premium users can only be attended to by certain team members or certain team members can only see and engage in conversations that match a specific rule set, or that the support team should not even see conversations with leads. Or vice versa SDRs don''t see any conversations from users)
This is a really interesting question, we''ve recently added increased permissions and roles for your users if you''re on a premium plan. Check out these articles here and here for more info.?
Because the inbox is built as a collaborative space for entire team''s and companies, it''s not something we have on our radar, but I''ll flag this as a feature request with our product team 
In the meantime, using a combination of assignment rules, bots to to triage or route to support, you should be able to achieve this delineation between teams.?
