Sam Richard is Director of Growth at OpenView, helping their portfolio accelerate top-line growth through establishing best practices and processes to support product-led growth. At OpenView, Sam works closely with portfolio leadership teams to discover and implement the most impactful strategies for growth, including on-boarding and retention optimization, expansion strategy, funnel optimization, and channel/partner strategy.
Prior to joining OpenView in 2019, Ms. Richard worked as Director of Growth and Engagement at Dispatch, where she was on the founding team. She spent four years leading growth strategy and customer success teams focusing on small to medium-sized businesses. She also helped grow the freemium product's user base from 0 to 45,000. During her tenure, Dispatch was acquired by Vista Equity Partners. She also previously worked at Catalant and Abt Associates.

Chris Marin is the founder and CEO of Convertist, which runs outbound lead generation sequences for YC companies to enterprises like Microsoft and Adecco. Early in his career, Chris ran growth for seed to Series A, B, and C stage companies. Prior to starting Convertist, he was the Head of Growth for JobHive and OrderWithMe, companies that raised $2.5m and $40m, respectively.

Andy Boyd is an entrepreneurial business builder with a focus on AI and Cloud. Over the course of his career, in small and large companies, Andy has used growth tactics to see countless, consistent strong double-digit improvements and many cases of high triple-digit gains.
He joined IBM as a founding team member to bring IBM Watson to market. In IBM Watson, Andy led the natural language processing portfolio, with a focus on bringing research innovation into commercial application. Later, Andy built the first Growth team for IBM Watson where he and his team drove impressive results.
