GENERAL INFORMATION

CURBSIDE CONTACTLESS PICKUP

- You will receive an email once the order is ready for pickup. For cooking class registration, please read the next section.
- Once you arrive near the store, proceed to our customer parking located at the back of the store.
- Give us a call at 604.253.3022 (have your Order Number ready) and we will walk your order out to you in your car!
- Please bring a copy of your Ready for Pickup email (or save paper and just pull it up on your smartphone), a valid photo ID, and the credit card used to make your purchase.

PICK UP YOUR PURCHASE IN STORE

- You will receive an email once the order is ready for pickup. For cooking class registration, please read the next section.
- Once you arrive at the store, go to the Customer Service desk or ask any employee to help direct you.
- Please bring a copy of your Ready for Pickup email (or save paper and just pull it up on your smartphone), a valid photo ID, and the credit card used to make your purchase.

COOKING CLASSES REGISTRATION ( No Tickets Are Issued for Classes )

- You will receive an email once your registration is confirmed. It will be your proof of purchase. Your name will be on an attendee list at the entrance. See you at the class!
- A cooking class registration is non-refundable but transferable to another person should you be unable to attend.
- Please mark your class dates on your calendar, as we do not call or send out reminder notices.
