Extended because of success: Plant Design
The successful Plant Design content campaign will be repeated in Germany and the UK in January 2021. Experts share their vision and tips for starting the design of your home with the plants.
New outdoor plant campaign
At the start of April 2021 we will be launching a new long-term outdoor plant campaign in the Netherlands and Germany under the powerful slogan From Grey to Green.

During the first two weeks in November there was a special orchid shopper activation at German supermarket chain Kaufland.

FloriWorld opened online on 21 May with a preview of the Netherlands' newest flower and plant attraction. The Flower Council of Holland's head office will also be based here in due course.

Research shows that the floriculture campaign in which the sector joined forces with Ali B to surprise lonely senior citizens with flowers scored highly for awareness and appreciation amongst Dutch consumers.

We need to maintain social distancing for the time being, but rather than letting it divide us, our new international campaign encourages people to: Fill the distance with beauty!
Thanks Plants is ready to go
From the end of this month we will once again be celebrating plants with our long-running Thanks Plants campaign. Here is an overview of the media plans for all the countries for this autumn.
New shopper activations with orchids in Germany and the Netherlands
Two new shopper activations are scheduled for September and October. We will be working with partners Orchidee Nederland, florist chain Blume 2000 in Germany and Intratuin in the Netherlands to put the orchid in the spotlight with on-trend promotions, supported by the Thanks Plants campaign. You can find full details in the next newsletter.
2021-2022 Year Presentation: save the date

Dutch Flower Arts Museum receives unique collection of posters
The collection of 150 posters for international flower shows since 1909 in possession of the Flower Council of Holland, was donated last week to the Dutch museum where it will find a good home. The posters will feature in an exhibition running from mid-October 2020.

Successful Thanks Plants Campaign to be repeated
Following its international success in previous years, we will be rolling out the Thanks Plants consumer campaign in our four core countries again in 2020. It will have an extensive media presence from the start of September.
Dutch Shopper activation with GroenRijk
A competition for a chance to win a prize when you buy garden plants will start at Dutch GroenRijk garden centres on 7 September. We will be supporting this with online media and plenty of inspiration for the garden on Mooiwatplantendoen.nl.
A look ahead: 'Autumn calls for flowers'
