Hi there,

March for us, usually meant the start of our Nationwide tour with the Franchise Expo, where I would have been able to chat with some of you face-to-face. I love meeting those of you who are ready to take charge of your life and be your own boss.

Instead, I, like the rest of the country, am working from home, isolated from friends and family and a little unsure what the future holds.

But my team and I still wanted to check-in and see how you are doing. These are tough times, but together, we will make it through. I wanted to share with you how we are responding to this crisis (besides washing our hands!) and how we are helping our franchisees through this time.

We have always prided ourselves on being like a family, of supporting one another and making sure our franchisees have everything they need to run their own businesses. This hasn''t changed, if anything we have grown stronger and more committed to each other, even from our self-isolating distance.

There are many different stages to go through on the path to owning your own business. Some of you are very close to starting your dream, and others are just taking their first tentative steps to finding out what owning a franchise was all about.
