If you haven’t set up an event yet, we encourage you to do so. You will start with a draft, so nobody sees your work until you choose to publish it.

You can now list events at Fienta even if their tickets are sold elsewhere or there is no ticketing or registration at all.

Events without ticketing

If your event is free and for unlimited number of attendees, Fienta will display it's details without ticket selection or payment process. This enables you to list concerts in public spaces or free tours for example.

Events sold elsewhere

We now also support events where the registration or payment process is handled by some other platform.

Both options are great for increasing your event's online discovery. This also enables you to manage all your events on one platform and automatically display them on your own website.

You can now use Fienta to send emails to your ticket buyers. This allows you to communicate last-minute changes, announce about cancellation or postponing of the event.

You will find this new tool from Emails menu:

We thought it''s a great time to send you a brief overview of the latest updates in Fienta.

Automatic reminders to overdue invoices

Fienta now sends automatic reminders to buyers with overdue invoices.

• The first reminder is sent one day after the invoice due.
• Next reminders are sent on five-day intervals until the invoice has been paid or cancelled.
• Reminders stop when the event has finished.

The reminder email contains a link which enables the buyer to cancel their invoice and release booked tickets to others.

Other updates?

• Ticket types and custom fields can now be sorted using drag and drop.
• We added calendar links to the order completion page.
• The order completion page now displays QR codes when the event is already happening or is about to start. This way the buyer does not have to search for tickets from their email app.
• All emojis are now supported in the event description, ticket and emails.
• Emails tool now has the option to address buyers with overdue invoices.
• USD has been added to supported currencies.
