Hello February! We've got an action-packed month ahead with our Youth Festival taking place this half-term. Youngsters can enjoy a range of workshops including Break Dancing for Beginners, Physical Theatre, and Art and Yoga. And, there are loads of great shows too - Don't miss Bowjangles' musical adventure Excalibow on Fri 21 Feb. For grown-ups, we've got fantastic theatre, from the likes of Stan's Cafe, comedy, dance and more. Below is a selection of highlights but, as ever, there's plenty more on our website too. We look forward to seeing you at Cornerstone very soon! |
Following a hugely successful inaugural tour, Emergence, the postgraduate dance company of Joss Arnott Dance and the University of Salford, returns with a new cohort, two new works and the chance to see a reimagining of one of Arnott’s acclaimed productions |
| | Farcically funny, fierce and fragile, and told with unbridled joy and warmth, this is the true story a community living with the consequences of climate change. A story of how people pull together. And how they fall apart. |

The Elves and the Shoemakers |
Sam Lacey makes shoes that are out of this world. His imagination is huge but his shoe-making business is a disaster! Why would anyone buy a pair of Banana Skin slippers or spend money on shoes for a spider?! Even his neighbour Belinda can’t get him to see sense. |
| | Award-winning comedy musicians Bowjangles present their most magical show so far - a theatrical, musical journey through myths, folklore, legends and a portal in a cello case in the quest to find the most priceless relic of all - a magical violin bow known as Excalibow. |

This raw, gutsy, emotive and visceral dance work from new choreographer Victoria Fox, channels the resilient, unapologetic nature of the iconic poem by Maya Angelou. Cinematic sounds from pounding beats to stirring classical arias, drive the journey onwards. |
| | Set far into the future, in a post-oil world, Home of the Wriggler follows four investigators piecing together the interwoven stories of families that once lived in the shadow of a huge car factory set for closure. Ambitious and witty, alive with ideas! |
