Before I go any further I'd like to address some concerns regarding our support ticket responses, we're aware that some tickets are being delayed - there has been an issue that was affecting our ticket support portal and was causing some tickets to be delayed due to not being visible in our ticket support portal - the issue was permanently resolved as of yesterday night and any back log of tickets has been addressed.

Hello Levi,

There currently is a serious duplicator vulnerability being exploited in the wild, it is highly recommended that you immediately proceed to update Duplicator - if you can''t update Duplicator for any reason you should proceed to delete the plugin from your site.

Wordfence has already deployed rules to block the specific attack on Wordfence however you should anyway proceed to update or remove Duplicator.
