At our heart, we are a family business and for us, the CAMILLA AND MARC family includes our staff, our customers and our community. As such, keeping everyone healthy and safe is at the forefront of everything we do.
With that in mind, during the ever evolving COVID-19 outbreak, we will continue to provide you with the quality, care and services that you know and love, whilst managing the situation in the following ways;
Hygiene and Cleaning Our stores have strict hygiene practices that are adhered to everyday, however we have put in place additional measures to keep customers safe including; limiting physical contact, ensuring that cleaning occurs within the store and that all high touch areas including change rooms, counter spaces and door handles are regularly cleaned. We are also encouraging all our customers to use the hand sanitizers being supplied throughout every store.
Online If you're unable to visit us in store, you can visit us online 24/7. Our customer care team is available to assist you on email, phone, live chat and Instagram.
Click and Collect Is available to all customers should you wish to pick up your item quickly from store. We recommend calling the store before you arrive to ensure your item is ready to go.
Opening Hours At this stage all stores will remain open as per normal working hours according to national and state guidelines.
Rest assured all precautionary measures have been taken to limit the potential spread of the virus, and we will continue to monitor the guidance from the World Health Organisation in real time and respond if conditions evolve.
