It is our hope that you are staying safe and healthy during this unprecedented time. Ever since temporarily closing our business in mid-March, we've been working on a plan to safely re-open and once again deliver the great experience you've come to know at Bow Tie Cinemas.

As a valued Criterion Club Member, your experience is tied to your membership and earning points from your ticket, food and beverage purchases. We want to ensure that your membership and rewards are waiting for you when you return.

Below, please find a breakdown of how we plan to extend Criterion Club points and rewards. The time extensions will activate on the date we reopen our theaters. Our reopening date is unconfirmed at this time, but you will receive additional communications leading up to that official target date. To best demonstrate how your rewards and memberships will extend, we will use July 1* for the examples below.

Blue Rewards: Any rewards still available, regardless of how much time is left, will be reset to 90 days starting on July 1*.

(Example: If you have a Blue 50 Points Small Popcorn which expires March 20th, it will get a NEW 90 days starting July 1 so it's NEW expiry will be Oct 1)
