Hosting Request Form.
We appreciate your interest in the ALERRT Program.
Your hosting request has been received. The appropriate Regional Manager will contact the POC listed in the request when the class is available to host.
Please note that we are constantly working through hundreds of hosting requests, with a limited amount of funding and available classes. We will get to your request as soon as we are able to. This process may take some time, due to the high demand for our courses. We appreciate your patience.
