Our new collection is here, and I wanted to personally tell you how hard our team has worked to bring this to you. (FYI, one monthly drop is a culmination of nearly 12 months of work—from design, to fit, to manufacturing, to photoshoots.) And given the current circumstances, we understand if you have some questions and want some reassurance from us.
As you know, COVID-19 continues to spread, and many businesses are being affected by local and state orders to self-quarantine or "shelter in place." Fortunately for us—and with the help of stringent safety protocols—we've successfully been able to keep all of our employees safe and our warehouse running normally, with no expected shipping delays.
We ship safely. Some of the measures we're taking include: daily temperature checks, rearrangement of working areas to respect social-distancing, intense facility cleaning, training of safety guidelines, constant use of gloves and face masks, and more. Our warehouse staff are full-time employees with health insurance, paid sick leave, and my emphatic support year-round, and especially right now.
Of course, we want to keep things as convenient and safe as possible for you right now. That's why we're extending our returns & exchanges window from 30 to 90 days—hopefully, you're staying at home for the time being, and we encourage you to do so if you're able to.
We'll keep you updated on how we're continuing to help fight COVID-19 and how you can too. Most recently, we're donating both period panties & leggings to at-risk, low-income families and medical staff of the JCCA—so we can hopefully provide a little extra comfort for those directly affected by the outbreak. (If you can think of any hospitals who might need such products, please let us know so we can help.)
