Before we can start creating content for your social media pages, we need you to complete a few steps.
You will not see any posts to your pages if your $99 Social account hasn’t been completed!
This ??? is really important to ensure that your account is fully set up and that we can connect to your social media pages.
With that said, please read this entire email! It contains all the info you’ll need to know to succeed with the $99 Social services you’ve purchased. Our goal is to make sure you get your money’s worth with every single post.
1. Fill out your Profile Questionnaire. This only takes a few short minutes and helps us figure out what to post for your business. Click here to fill out your questionnaire.
2. Connect us to your social media pages. You’ll need to connect Facebook and any other networks you purchased. Click to connect here. Purchased Instagram? We connect to Instagram through a different platform, so you’ll need to send us your username and password via email. Click Reply above!
3. Schedule your welcome call. We will go over your account, make sure we have everything we need from you, and answer any questions you have before we get started. Click here to schedule your call.
One, two, three… and done! Now it’s our turn to get to work. We will assign your account to one of our awesome Content Specialists, they’ll review the information you’ve provided us, and you should see posts within 2-3 business days.
We work hard to match your company's tone and provide content that's perfect for your business, but since we're just getting to know you, please be sure to review your posts for the first few weeks. Feedback is encouraged! Don't be afraid to reach out and let us know how we're doing.
