So is it free or what?

After you invite your first employee to join your team, you start a 14-day trial. It has no obligations and you can cancel it any time. At the end of the trial you may choose one of the paid plans or continue using ScreenshotMonitor on the Free plan (compare plans). Note that the plans are for companies only, your workers never pay anything themselves.
