A Message from The Fitness Show B2B

Due to the escalation of COVID-19 globally, Reed Exhibitions has today announced that the next edition of Fitness Show B2B will now take place on 30 April & 1 May 2021.

Following our earlier announcement regarding the postponement of Fitness Show B2B and in line with Australian government regulations, the team at Reed Exhibitions Australia has been working closely with you, our customers, as well as the venue and our contractors to identify the most suitable new dates.

Initially, we were optimistic that The Fitness Show B2B would run later this year and our principle focus was on ensuring that any new dates were ideally positioned to support all our customers in capitalising on a more positive return to trading. The dates that were given to us did not meet these criteria and so we have made the difficult decision not to run the event this year.

We appreciate that this is disappointing news, however we can now look ahead to the 2021 edition with more certainty.

We will continue to do our utmost to help all our customers, partners and attendees to prepare for the next edition, and we will ensure that the industry stays connected during this time.

Although The Fitness Show B2B will not take place in 2020, we are firmly focused on delivering positive business and networking opportunities to Australia's vibrant fitness community at our consumer-focused event The Fitness Show, which will take place from 25 - 27 September 2020 at ICC Sydney, Darling Harbour and from 24 - 25 October 2020 at Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre.

We once again thank all of our exhibitors, visitors and partners for their patience and support during this challenging time, and we look forward to The Fitness Show B2B returning next year with an even stronger event.

An Important Update from The Fitness Show

We want to express our concern for everyone impacted by Coronavirus.

After closely monitoring the evolving situation and following the Australian Government directive, we have made the decision to reschedule the upcoming editions of The Fitness Show to 2021. The Fitness Show Sydney will take place at the International Convention Centre Sydney from 30 April to 2 May 2021 and The Fitness Show Melbourne will take place at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre on 16 and 17 October 2021.

We are in unprecedented times and are witnessing first-hand the challenging impact of COVID-19 on all industries, from both a professional and personal perspective. Initially, we were optimistic that both Fitness Shows would run later this year, and our principle focus was on ensuring that any new dates for the events were ideally positioned to support our community. However, following consultation with you, our customers and stakeholders, we have concluded that the best option is to refocus for the future with the the Sydney and Melbourne editions of The Fitness Show.

We appreciate that this is disappointing news, however we have made this decision with everyone's health and safety as our number one priority. We can now look ahead to the 2021 editions of The Fitness Show with more certainty.

We will continue to do our utmost to help all our customers, partners and attendees to prepare for the 2021 events. While we are disappointed that we are unable to meet face-to-face in 2020, we remain committed to keeping Australia's vibrant fitness community connected over the coming months.

We once again thank all of our exhibitors, visitors and partners for their encouragement and support during this challenging time and we apologise for any inconvenience that the postponements may cause. We look forward to The Fitness Shows in both Sydney and Melbourne returning next year with even stronger events.
