Tasting Room Hours Change

This weekend, we will be open Friday from 12:00pm - 2:30pm, and again on Sunday from 12:00pm - 4:00pm for call-ahead curbside pick-ups. We will be closed to the public this Saturday for our Wine Club Spring Release pick-up event.

After May 10th, we will resume curbside pick-ups every Friday - Sunday, 12:00pm - 4:00pm.

Harvest 2020 is under way...

Last Friday we got in our first lots of grapes, and thanks to our great help, they are safely crushed and in the fermenters. We crushed about seven tons of Tempranillo and just over one ton of Syrah. Aside from a bit of shrivel in the Syrah, the grapes looked great. The analysis also was spot on, with good balanced ripeness. It has been a near perfect year for growing grapes in Eastern Washington, with modest temperatures almost throughout the summer. 

One of the more exciting notes is that we have been experimenting with some additional clones of Tempranillo. A few days ago, we received some Valdespino clone, which will be fermented separately. The berries seemed a little smaller than the clone we had been getting from Stone Tree for many years. In 2019 we also experimented with Clones 5 and 7 from the Dineen Vineyard, and we will be receiving additional Clone 5 this year, which turned out to be my favorite.

Wish us continued luck this year. Everyone stay happy and healthy. Some day soon we will be toasting with a glass of fine 2020 wine!

Shout-out to Vancouver

If you haven't visited our Vancouver, WA location, you need to check it out! We opened back in July, and it's been a hit since day one. The menu is getting rave reviews, the view is gorgeous, the club is growing almost daily, the wines are always on point, AND there's a Brian wall there, too, of course. Our only real challenge is the wind that graces our side patio, but we're working on that. Besides, it keeps things interesting. You never know where your napkin might end up!

It took a long time to get there, but we did it. On June 24th, we opened our doors to our first customers. We're still in a soft opening phase for now as Washington eases back into things. But know that we will have a proper Grand Opening when circumstances allow. We can't wait to see you out there! In the meantime, learn more about our new location here. And the view...wow!

Woodinville reopening recap: It's good to be back!

We reopened our doors on June 20th, and we can't begin to describe how great it's been to see you. We missed you, and seeing you again just makes us smile (even if you can't see it).

We are doing our part in trying to prevent the spread of Covid 19. As a result, we have put in place several procedures to protect both our customers and our staff. Thank you to all who have observed our safety precautions. Here's a recap just in case you missed it the first time:

• Please do not come to the tasting room if you are experiencing any symptoms of the virus.
• Visits are available by appointment only, and are limited to 75 minutes. You can make your reservation here!
• In accordance with Safe Start Phase 2 guidelines, party size is limited to 5 people.
• All guests are required to wear a mask at any time that they are not at their table. This includes walking to the register, walking to the restrooms, or just generally moving about the Tasting Room or outside seating area. 
• Guests are asked to refrain from moving or reconfiguring tables, as they have been carefully arranged by staff to promote social distancing.
• At this time, we are unable to accommodate guests under 21 or pets. Bummer, we know. But it's only temporary!

Change in Hours

Let's just say it. The last few weeks have been weird, and we've all had to adapt. That means that our spring events have been postponed; even our spring bottling session has been put on hold.

We've also made adjustments to our Tasting Room hours. For the time being, the Tasting Room will be closed. We will reassess on a weekly basis, and announcements will be made via social media, so be sure to follow us on Facebook and Instagram.
